I am trying to get the calipers off my 97 ford aerostar van to change the brake pads. They do not have allen wrench bolts to remove them so how do i get them off. There are two flat pins but they have raised edges to keep them from slipping out, how do i get them off?I am changing the brakes on a 97 ford aerostar van. Do I remove the pins to remove the calipers and how.?
squeeze together and push. I would recommend you get a repair manual or at least Look at the auto zone web site under repairs to get information on how to do safely.
