How to get brake discs off when they are stuck?

I have tried changing my brake pads and discs. Followed manual instructions, removed caliper etc. then the disc is supposed to just come off. Tried knocking, using a drift it is just ceased up. How do I get the disc to come off.How to get brake discs off when they are stuck?
Unscrewed the locating screws, if any? Usually one on VW/Audi/Seats, often two on other makes.

They are just rusted on from not being off for a long time. Get a hammer and hit it in between the lug studs, all the way around, dont be afraid, you wont do damage, then you will see it start to move and can take it offHow to get brake discs off when they are stuck?
I have answered your other question about it but as said Mondeo discs need to be smashed off with a lump hammer.
